I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Deloitte in Dec 2010
Interview
The person who interviewed me kept looking at the clock and squeezing his water bottle which made an annoying noise. I thought it might be a test to see if I could engage him despite the distraction he was presenting but all of my peers had the same experience. I almost walked out of the interview early, in which case I would have said some unpleasant words to the effect of please don't waste my time. Although hearing solid reviews from employees within Deloitte this particular interviewer was terrible and I'm surprised that Deloitte would let said person serve in a recruiting role.

Question 1
No meaningful questions outside of information on my resume and cover letter.
The three-stage process included a case study and involved meeting several team members. Overall, it was a positive experience although the recruiter took a while to inform me about the offer.
The interview process was long and slow. Took a lot of time to connect, but was worth the effort. The interviews were good and informative, but the turn around time was high, had to wait for good 2 months to hear back
