Three Interviews one with the manager then the partner and last but not least the HR Interview. The interview focuses on the audit assertions, audit reports and International Financial Reporting Standards such as IFRS 9 and IFRS 15 and IFRS 16.
It was a two stage interview. First the managers interview which also serves as the panel interview. Then the partners interview. Ideally, it is mostly brief. it can be one or more partner.

Overall, it was a good experience. Suggest preparing well and being honest to align with the company’s values and long-term goals. The questions vary depending on the role probably. Also suggest preparing your own questions, those are always important.
The interviewer was nice. Mostly bq questions, it was a 60 min back to back. The overall difficulties is around three out of five, and contain a question section at the end,
