First round was pretty easy.It's a written round conducted by Amcat.Next was gd.This is the worst part all branches were eligible yet they gave a topic on data mining and only CS IT people were shortlisted.That was so lame.Those who were selected were sent to interviews.There it depends on the panel and not again on your performance.

I went through two interviews. The first interview included the behavioral part and case part. The second interview was with a managing director, and the entire interview was about solving a M&A case.

Consulting Case study interview - uses STAR method, need to evaluate case question through timeline, budget, stakeholders involved (both internal and external) and KPIs. Keep in mind agile vs. waterfall methodology, phased iterative approach, and the SDLC framework.
