Insgeaamt habe ich zwei Gespräche geführt. Das erste Gespräch mit einem Team lead / Director und das zweite Gespräch mot dem verantwortlichem Partner. Der größter Fokus lag auf persönlichem Audtausch und prüfen ob die Bedingungen für beide Seiten passen.

The three-stage process included a case study and involved meeting several team members. Overall, it was a positive experience although the recruiter took a while to inform me about the offer.
The interview process was long and slow. Took a lot of time to connect, but was worth the effort. The interviews were good and informative, but the turn around time was high, had to wait for good 2 months to hear back
