My interview process was done 100% virtually. I did a phone screen, and then a few video interviews with various team leaders. Due to the nature of their work with clients, we did need to reschedule one video call.

If I understood the time commitment of being a consultant was 24/7, and we need to be available for our clients whenever they need us.
The three-stage process included a case study and involved meeting several team members. Overall, it was a positive experience although the recruiter took a while to inform me about the offer.
The interview process was long and slow. Took a lot of time to connect, but was worth the effort. The interviews were good and informative, but the turn around time was high, had to wait for good 2 months to hear back
