I had applied online and the online application was very long. I guess I had an impressive resume because they had called me 3 hours later after I submitted the application. A person from Human Resources had called and asked me "what if" scenarios. She did not ask me questions about any previous work experience relevant to the job but questions about in-flight situations. I never had flight attendant experience, and I tried to answer to the best of my abilities but of course I missed some questions. How am I supposed to know policies on the plane without ever being trained.

I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.
