I applied online, and was interviewed twice by phone for the Portugues LOD position. I think Delta hires ASTA to do the interviewing until the F2F interview in Atlanta. I wasn't really prepared for the star question format, and I think that possibly many good candidates don't make it through the screening process for this reason. I now see that all you need to do is google, the Star format, rehearse well, and you will ace these online interviews, so next time around I will be ready.

I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.

I completed my assessment last week, and within the same day of completion, I received a email for the on demand virtual interview. I have the on remand virtual interview to complete. Any tips? What questions did they ask?
