I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Delta Air Lines (Phoenix, AZ) in Nov 2019
Interview
I went to the SHPE conference in Phoenix, AZ. At the carrier fair, I had a chance to speak to a recruiter and introduce myself. I was offered an interview for the following day. The interview was great! Interviewers were friendly and seemed genuinely interest to know you better. The interviewers were also very informative about the type of work that co-ops do. Overall, very professional team. I highly recommend attending career fairs, you have a better chance to stand out rather than applying online.
A little intimidating they were not receptive. Had two people there in person, one engineer and the other HR, Was held at a career fair. They had a checklist. Mostly behavioral.
