Be prepared for an innovative, interactive, 4 hour interview process. Broken into 3 groups for 3 different sections. You are interviewed by an actual flight attendant and a recruiter. Be familiar with the STAR question process.

STAR method. You cannot prepare for the questions/answers, as they are based on your personal past situations.
I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.

Name a time you had to deal with an upset customer?
It was very nerve racking so I would look online and kinda have an idea of how you would answer so you won’t feel unprepared . Star method is very important and try to look confident and polished.

it went really smooth and was a great experience. they really made me feel at home and I hope to get a call back soon. the questions were focused on customer service and brand identity.
