I applied for the position online, received a phone call within a week for a phone interview. I was then told that senior recruiters would look over files and contact me if they were interested.

They asked several scenario based questions, some were difficult to answer because I did not know Delta's specific policies.
I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.

Name a time you had to deal with an upset customer?
It was very nerve racking so I would look online and kinda have an idea of how you would answer so you won’t feel unprepared . Star method is very important and try to look confident and polished.

it went really smooth and was a great experience. they really made me feel at home and I hope to get a call back soon. the questions were focused on customer service and brand identity.
