I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Delta Air Lines in May 2014
Interview
The hiring process is long. After completing the entire application you are called for a phone interview with scenario questions. If you pass that portion you are asked some job related experience questions. At that point they either tell you "someone will be in touch" (and you'll probably get a TBNT) or that you have moved to the next step and someone will call with interview times. If you've made it this far you will get an invitation to do a simple video interview and if they like that they will fly you to Atlanta for an interview. The interview in Atlanta consists of a few different "areas" and overall it was a very informative great day!! I have nothing bad to say about delta!

Question 1
Name two times you dealt with a difficult coworker.
I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.

Name a time you had to deal with an upset customer?
It’s challenging, but rewarding, remember to answer in star format, and just enjoy the process, think about your why and smile! No matter if you have received a TBNT- don’t let that stop you from your dream…Keep climbing!
