I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Delta Air Lines (Atlanta, GA) in Jan 2015
Interview
I received an invitation to interview due to a referral. Filled out about a 90 question assessment and was contacted about a week later to do a video interview. I was called about a week later, asked a few questions to make sure I didn't have visible tattoes, agree not to wear sunglasses on plane, etc. At the end of the call I was invited to attend the F2F interview in Atlanta. Attended F2F about 3 weeks later and they only chose 1 person out of about 45. I got the TNT email about a week later.

Question 1
Tell me about a time there was an emergency at work. What happened, how did you handle it and what was the outcome? STAR method
I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.
