Very easy. Just be yourself .The interviewers are very calm and will make you feel at ease. It is necessary to practice the STAR method to answer the questions. Stay calm that this work is already yours

Long but organised. The hiring event is a mass event although there is a step in the process which does involve a one on one interview. They also conduct the drug test and a physical aptitude test during the same hiring event.

Interview
Conducted at a hotel near the airport. We check in and presenters teach us about the company and about the job. We then get taken to do one on one interviews and get hired on the spot. Really nice interviewers!
Interview will take about 4-5 hour. You will meet with delta team and after 1on1 in person interview. There will be 4 or 5 questions and you will have to answers in a STAR method.
