Interview
consisted of one phone interview, a language test, in person interview at the delta headquarters in atlanta. i believe out of the 40-50 candidates that day, only 3 were given conditional job offers. face to face interview consisted of 6 work and personal related experiences which were expected to be answered in the STAR format.

I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.
