I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Delta Air Lines (Atlanta, GA) in Nov 2010
Interview
Filled out three LENGTHY online forms, including a personality test, IQ test, and the long background check/application. Had to list the past decade's worth of information, which can be tedious if you went to multiple schools, lived in various locations.
Received a phone interview and thought it went well, until I received an email a month later telling me they weren't going to go forward.

Question 1
It was difficult because of the tedious forms I had to fill out
I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.

Question 1
Name a time you had to deal with an upset customer?
It was very nerve racking so I would look online and kinda have an idea of how you would answer so you won’t feel unprepared . Star method is very important and try to look confident and polished.
