I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Delta Air Lines (Atlanta, GA) in Sep 2015
Interview
I was given the video interview where they ask about 5 questions and you record yourself speaking. So awkward!!! but what i would say is pretend that you are interviewing with just you! Be personable! after my video i was called by an unknown number about 6 days later. They talk to you about the airline brand and then when they are done they ask if you'd like to go to ATL for your f2f interview. I received an email with the choice of three dates for the f2f. About a month later i flew to the interview and you are greeted in a huge room of about 50 flight attendants and HR. Mingle with everyone that you can..again be personable! NOT FAKE!! They split you into three groups A.B.C and then you do a few different thing for about six hours. AFter which is all done you then are told they will call out a few names if your name is called you get the Conditional job offer!! I GOT IT YAYYY!!!! GOOD LUCK TO THE REST OF YOU!!!
STUDY YOUR BUTTS OFF!! ITS IMPORTANT TO HAVE A GENERAL ANSWER OR DIRECTION OF ANSWERS FOR INTERVIEW QUESTIONS!!
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Does anyone have any insight on when they contact you for your training date?
I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.

Name a time you had to deal with an upset customer?
It’s challenging, but rewarding, remember to answer in star format, and just enjoy the process, think about your why and smile! No matter if you have received a TBNT- don’t let that stop you from your dream…Keep climbing!
