I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Delta Air Lines in Dec 2010
Interview
After I applied on line I thought it would take a long time before I was contacted but everything happened quite quickly, one week after I applied I received the first phone call from a very friendly interviewer, the questions were common, a few days later a language test via phone, the next call was to set up a face to face in Atlanta, got an e-mail, a plane ticket and finally a f2f.Very friendly people, happy environment. I felt great and sure of myself.
I don’t know what went wrong, a week after the interview I received an e-mail “sorry but…” Needless to say, I was not offered a position.
I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.

Question 1
Name a time you had to deal with an upset customer?
It’s challenging, but rewarding, remember to answer in star format, and just enjoy the process, think about your why and smile! No matter if you have received a TBNT- don’t let that stop you from your dream…Keep climbing!
