I applied for this position through the school's job posting website. Firstly, I finished three programming questions online. Then HR scheduled a 1-hour interview with managers and engineers. I received the offer on the same day.

Interview
The online assessment was 75 minutes long and consisted of three questions: two easy and one medium. The difficulty level was reasonable, but the time limit felt insufficient. I have completed the online assessment and am now waiting for a response from the company.

Two of the questions were software coding challenges, where I could use any programming language I wanted, and the third was a SQL question.

Interview
To apply for the position, I submitted my resume through my university co-op program and took an online coding test using Codility. The coding test was extremely fair with a very generous amount of time provided, and it involved demonstrating my problem-solving skills.
This was followed up by a recruiter from Activision Blizzard contacting me about the position, and asking a few questions about my availability. I was asked to email my resume, cover letter, and transcript. An interview over Zoom was then scheduled.
The interview was with two members of the DEPCON team, and the interviewers were very friendly and knowledgeable. They asked me a number of technical questions about data structures, networking, Linux, and troubleshooting.
