Interview
They checked ID and documentation evidencing qualifications. In standard interview format was introduced to the panel and asked to introduce myself and why I applied for the role. I was asked behaviour questions from the civil service profiles and was then asked a couple of follow up questions based on the answers I had given. Whole interview was approx 40 minutes.

Tell me about a time you have had to deliver a difficult message
Online interview. It was three questions linked to the success profiles for the civil service. Questions were similar to that completed for personal statement. There is no interviewer. You have a minute or so to prepare an answer, then the camera films you. These are then sent back to DWP and you will be marked on points based system
