Applied online and university alumni at firm secured superday spots. Superday consisted of 30 minute first round interview with two associates. If selected, move on to two 30 minute final round interviews with director / managing directors.

The first round is a 30 min technical interview pretty straight forward all the basics not many follow up questions. They left about 5 min at end for your questions so be prepared for that and to have a conversation
Quite clear and networking-heavy. Their technical and personal interviews were quite standard for the industry, with questions about previous experience, industry knowledge, and investment background. Be sure to prepare with some knowledge about banks and the overall industry!
