Picture a small room that you can barely move around in. Behind you is a white wall on which is written several "problems" that the assembled team wants you to answer. Then imagine being told that "you don't really do any of this work, but you just manage people." when you know that you are the only person at your company who does this work.

When you install Cognos, what gets placed into each directory.
Very standard.
Learn about the company.
Familiarise your self with the job specs.
Know your cv.
Ask questions .
Be prepared to answer current financial questions.
Give examples as you go through your cv.
The interview process was moderate, there are 4 interviews.
Firstly with the tech recruiter, next is the tech interview, then team interview, tech lead interview and HR conpensation interview.
Overall very lenghty but not hard if you know what you're doing.

Campus interviews are long and strenuous and rounds may vary from 10 to 50minutes based on the panelist. Rounds are not very hard to clear if u know your resume in and out and stay true to what u have done
