That HR was so frustratingly unprofessional. She was late by about 10 minutes, didn’t introduce herself at all, just asked me to talk about myself right away, then asked about salary, and after just two or three questions, the interview was over. She didn’t let me ask anything either. She seemed like she didn’t want to do the interview, even chatted with her colleagues during it, took no notes, and wasn’t willing to share anything. It was such a waste of time.

Nice and straightforward, I was asked relevant questions by people competent in my area and got prompt feedback (via a third party recruiter). Would consider an offer from them in the future. Was surprised by the lack of hands on technical tests for a developer role but they did do a spoken technical interview.

Ich hatte drei Vorstellungsrunden. Dabei wurde die erste Runde nur mit dem Gschäftsführer abgehalten. Es ging um ein allgemeines Kennenlernen von beiden Seiten.
Die zweite Runde war mit den Abteilungsleitern um die fachliche Qualifikation für die Stelle festzustellen.
Die dritte Runde war wieder mit dem Geschäfsführer um den Arbeitsvertrag und das Gehalt festzulegen.

Das kann pauschal nicht beantwortet werden. Es geht eher darum, ob die Personen allgemein für die Position in Frage kommen. Meiner Erfahrung nach gibt es auch keine "KO-Frage".
