First prompted to do online assessments and then was invited to a video interview via hirevue. The video interview started with questions about yourself and then it prompted you to case studies which you had to analyse within a time a limit and then give an explanation via video recording of the data presented. Several of these tasks appeared during the video interview which made it exceedingly difficult. I was rejected via email without any feedback, saying they follow "Diageo leadership standards" and a JDI framework (Judgement, drive and influence) whatever that's supposed to mean.
