Interview
I made it all the way to the end of the interview process (phone screen, met with the person I would be supporting, did a three person panel interview and an informal interview with the person I would be replacing). All along the way I was told that they were really thrilled to have me interview and work alongside me. After the informal interview (just a run down of day to day duties with no questions asked of me) I heard nothing from the company for almost 3 weeks. In that time I received another offer and reached out to see what the status of this job was. I was told that they would be able to let me know within 24 hours. 48 hours goes by and I reached out again only to be told that they aren’t interested.
