I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Dillard's (Prescott, AZ) in Jan 2015
Interview
I was recruited when I was 18 from a clothing store Buckle. I was great at sales and had zero reservations. The Dillard's store manager needed help creating a similar atmosphere in her store. She asked that I go in for an interview very comfortable and casul next j interview telephonically with the district manager and after him I wen to another telephonic interview with Alex Dillard. Very smooth very comfortable although no men in that company ever sound impressed. Their voices stay minitone.
Very unorganized, no one knew what the other managers were doing. Norma the shoe manger was a nasty person and doesn’t like caucasians. Very back stabbing & they treat sales associates like trash.
I was heavily recruited. It was a smooth process. It consisted of 2 interviews. It was consistent with other retailers. The questions were answered and it was inviting . That’s all I have to say about my experience at Dillards
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Dillard's (Wichita Falls, TX)
