I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Dow (Ringwood, IL) in Apr 2010
Interview
Odd, dumb people doing the interview with less knowledge than me. I applied online and got an interview with very dull and stupid people and got the job. I would not work for Dow it sucks unless you want to kiss butt the rest of your life.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They were all difficult because none of the questions made any sense or had anything to do with the job.
If you have something to do don’t bother the process is about an hour and a half long but very much worth it! The questions were very specific and the answers needed to be detailed but overall a great experience!

Question 1
Name a time when you had to train a difficult employee? How did you handle it? And what was the result?
Not too bad. Easy questions, and they really just wanted to hear that I was motivated to work there and work hard. It was a panel of 4 operators , asked normal questions that interview do. If I didn’t know a question I responded I’m unsure but would love to learn and they are that up.

There were two rounds of panel interviews. The first round interview was with the floor management and consisted of several questions. The second round interview panel was with the management team. These were more behavioral interview questions.
