I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Dropbox (San Francisco, CA) in Apr 2019
Interview
The interview process with Dropbox was fantastic. The recruiters are responsive, empathetic, knowledgeable. Part way through the process, I received an offer from another company. The recruiters, and L&D team, were willing to expedite the interview process to get me in for an onsite. While onsite, and during my interview with the manager, many of the questions were situational. I have signed a NDA, so I don't feel comfortable disclosing the specifics. Just prepare to give examples of positive, challenging, and relational situations from your L&D career. A couple of highlights from the interview process: the recruiters. A shout-out to Jeff Calvin and Camille Beucher. They are fantastic. Another highlight: dining in Dropbox's renowned cafeteria. The food really was fresh and delicious. Lastly, and importantly, getting to know the L&D team. Everyone with whom I interviewed with on the team occurred as intelligent, focused, empathetic, professional, and friendly.
I did not get an offer - and - I did leave with high regard for the L&D team and the developmental opportunities and learning culture they are creating.
Thank you for taking the time to write a review, so glad to hear you enjoyed your interview experience with us! I’ve shared your kind words with Jeff and Camille. Best of luck on your next role!
