I was called by a recruiter for an initial interview. The conversation was very easy and just involved a few questions. I was then contacted by email to set up another phone interview. This interview was a bit longer, but the interviewer did not seem particularly interested in me or my background.

Overall great process and experience. It took about 2 -3 weeks. A recruiter from a staffing agency reached out on Linkedin and we had an informational call, I then had a 45 minute interview with a recruiting manager - was very straightforward and more of a conversation. Next I was brought onsite, given a tour and everyone was extremely welcoming and kind. for Had 3 back to back 30 minute interviews - the last one included a scheduling exercise and situational questions. All easy and very applicable to the RC role.
