I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Dynatrace (Detroit, MI) in Nov 2017
Interview
In a word, long. About 4 hours including lunch. In the end, you have to present a 20 minute presentation about their own product so know it well. Before this, there's four rounds of 30 minute, one on one interviews. Tech knowledge. Personality, I guess. Capacity to follow direction. And Dynatrace business model which is more of a lecture.

Question 1
If you could take one person, living or dead, that's not a friend or family, anywhere in the world, who do you take, where and what do you do there?
The fairly straightforward process from application to interview to offer. The process is very male-dominated. The new CEO has brought in new executives but the professional services team is still dominated by old mainframe people. As a female, I don't feel comfortable with this leadership.

Interview
First round is screening with recruiter, then technical interview, if you pass next then there’s a final round set of interviews. Overall, it’s been a good process still waiting to hear back.
