- after sending in your CV and answering questions about why you want to work there
- interview was an online interview, so you don't actually speak with anyone and you have to answer a series of questions within a given time frame
- then you play some online games to test your analytical skills

Standardised, reasonable questions, nailed it. Nice interviewees - two of them. One took the lead the other took back seat with few questions at end. Loved star review technique. Would do again
