- first an introduction call with a HR to present the company, the available roles and explain the recruitment process
- then automated technical test, which is a software development culture quiz including some coding exercises, depending on your experience and the role you are applying for. (Be aware that this whole step is timed and some questions are pretty challenging)
- then a zoom meeting with a tech lead, to dig a bit further into technical skill and knowledge.
- my process ended with a last zoom meeting with the Head of business line and a delivery manager.
