Interview
I had three interviews. One with HR, one with the hiring manager and one with the country manager at a different time. It took me about 1 month to do all the interviews and 2 months later I got a response from HR.

Question 1
- Why do you want to work with us?
- What is the most important information you need to provide technical support to a customer?
- What are your main responsibilities in your current role and how do they match the job description?
Zoom meeting interview with HR ± 30 min
Technical test (±15 questions) + simulation of communication with customers by email ( 3 cases)
Meeting with the Manager, some personal interview ±20 min, after that technical test + explain 3 security methods from the list.
