Interview
Four to five rounds of interviews with no offer. The process can be tiring as the interviews pile up on each other. The questions aren't too hard, but the interview depending on who you get can be a little disorganized.

Interview
I had to take a sport knowledge test, 3 phone interviews, a 3 hour in-person observation, a 3 hour interview with 6 different managers. Asking about my qualifications and work ethic. I got to see how the job functioned and what i would be doing on a daily basis.
