Begin with Self-introduction, then 3-5 behavioral interview question about one's performance under different situation. Such as how to adapt a new skill, or how to nevigate conflict within the team. In the last 5-10 minutes is for any questions to the company.

What will you do when ask to adapt new technology in short amount of time.
Started with an online application, submitting a CV and filling out a short questionnaire, followed by an online test. After that I got invited to an in-person interview in two parts. One was a group work on a case study done with other candidates, followed by individual interviews with a member of the team.

The EY interview was professional, structured, and engaging. Interviewers were well-prepared, asked thoughtful questions, and clearly explained the role and firm culture.
