I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at EY (Stockholm, Stockholm) in Sep 2025
Interview
My first interview was with two experienced audit associates/seniors and included a case. It was a relatively easy interview, mainly focused on demonstrating interest in the role and explaining my motivation. The second interview was with the Group Leader, during which we reviewed my résumé in depth and I was asked technical questions about auditing. I have not received any further communication from them in over six weeks. And if you ask me, it’s quite unprofessional not to follow up with candidates who have invested their time preparing, worrying, and genuinely showing interest in the position.

I was shortlisted after completing the assessment test and was then invited for an interview with the partner.
