Interview
Began with a very short one-on-one interview on campus. Took approximately 15 minutes, which was worrying at the time but turned out was very normal. Was invited into the office for the Super day which consisted of two interviews and a case. All were very conversational and not question based.

Name a time where you have been put on the spot? How did you react?
round one- with a Senior or a Manager. This involves deep dives into your CV, a technical check on sustainability concepts, and a conversational fit assessment.

Had to prepare a presentation on myself and what industry in Nigeria I think would most benefit from a tech revolution. Then, answered follow-up questions on both the personal and market research portions.

The interview process was smooth. The interviewer was friendly and showed genuine interest in my past experiences and personal interests. Questions covered my extracurricular activities, background, and motivations for applying for the role.
