Interview
The organization of interview is chaotics. The emails were personalized and nice but overall the process needs to be better. The interviewers were nice and most of the interivewing process was conversational. However, I feel the interviews are less concerned with candidates.

Interview
Met at on campus career fair. Submitted application through campus link and EY website. Got invited to submit a PRVI that consisted of around five questions. One to two weeks later, I had my final interview (two 30 minute behavioral interviews and a 50 minute case study). Heard back that same day.
A pre-recorded interview and then a final round interview which consists of 3 interviews: two behavioral and one case study interview. You get two attempts at the pre-recorded interview so you have enough time to make your answer for the second attempt.
