Bewerbung abgeschickt und ca zwei Wochen später die Einladung zum Vorstellungsgespräch bekommen.
Das Vorstellungsgespräch war sehr angenehm und es kam nicht so rüber als würde man aufm Prüfstand stehen. Sondern eher wie ein angenehmes Gespräch über die Tätigkeit. Die Personalerin war sehr nett und hat auch selbst viel über ihren Werdegang erzählt.

Interview
I applied online. Got the video interview on the next day of submitting the online application, which gave me 48 hrs to finish it. Got a phone call 5 days after I was done with the video interview. The phone caller asked me "Why do you wanna work at EY" and desired annual salary. And got another phone call about the interview on the same day. I interviewed 2 managers remotely last week. I was asked all behavioral questions. Still waiting for the follow-up call or email.
