I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at EY (Mumbai) in Dec 2010
Interview
The recruitment started with a shortlist based on resume. After the shortlist there was a group discussion round with a generic topic "green or 3G" in which the interviewers basically looked at the way candidates spoke and reacted to different people. After this there was a case study round followed by two rounds of interview.
