Eerst CV en motivatiebrief sturen. Kreeg snelle reactie dat ik de assessments mocht maken. Handig dat je gelijk de uitslag ziet van de assessments. Gesprekken werden ook vrij snel ingepland
This was a two part interview, starting on campus with group in person at the office. The campus interview had two parts - behavioral and case study. The three sections were with different executives of the team I was hoping to join. Additionally, I had time to engage with the team members who I would most frequently be working directly with.

Behavior based, they want you to show knowledge about the position. So, do your research beforehand about IT auditing and try to relay your previous experience to it. Not too hard, but based on conversation depth
