Fairly straightforward interview process. Came in for an office visit followed up by a series of interviews with manager, Sr manager and office managing partner. All we're very nice and had a laid back interview style.

Easy, they are just asking behavourial questions. For a starting career in Halifax, the pay was low for a master degree. But they are willing to negotiate depending of your skills and your experience

Pre-recorded video interview, after you pass, you will have an interview with the hiring manager, and lastly partner. Be prepare to answer behavioral questions, and stay confident, don't stutter or have any funny body languages.

The whole recruitment process took about two weeks, including a Hirevue interview followed by final interviews with a partner and a senior manager. I received the result three days after the final interview.
