The interview process was not difficult. It was very orderly and timely. First, a panel interview by the senior associates were done. and lastly, was the manager's interview. They do not intimidate the applicant and makes them comfortable.

How did you balance extra curricular activities and having good grades?
The interview was conducted in person and lasted less than 40 minutes. It consisted primarily of behavioral questions focused on my experiences, communication, and teamwork, along with a few basic technical accounting and audit questions.

Two steps, starting with a written test, continuing to a case presentation interview. The interview mainly discussed the case, followed by questions closer to a behavioral interview. The interview required quick thinking and insight gathering due to short time allowed for case preparation.
