I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at EY (London, England) in Dec 2014
Interview
One interview + AC were given. The interview ran through my CV with competence based questions (though EY call them strength based). The AC was more intensive - 6 candidates in a group discussion, each was handed a pile of documents to read and took turn to describe our opinions, then followed by real-life numerical test and then Partner's interview.
It was good, they asked questions about ifrs and us gaap the company is good. Environment is highly competitive but it's fine things happen and it is what it is at the end of day
