Interview
1. Telefonische kennismaking met HR medewerker
2. Een online Assessment in de vorm van een capaciteitstest en en persoonlijkheidsvragenlijst
3. 1e gesprek met HR medewerker en senior manager. Het is erg positief dat er tijdens een gesprek een persoon uit het vakgebied bij zit.
4. Aanbod*
* bij twijfel volgt een 2e gesprek is mij verteld. Ik kreeg echter meteen een aanbod na het 1e gesprek.
Smooth process. Didn't take a long time to hearing back from the Company. Don't need to be stressed out. Just prepare your stories and get ready to crush the interview.
Interview went very well, hiring manger is very friendly while going to interview be prepare basic auditing questions . like what is auditing, aduit risk , audit opinion etc. only technical questions asked .
