Applied online and completed online assessment. Attended interview two weeks later which mostly consisted of programming and practical questions on paper. The interview lasted an hour which went by fairly quickly. Recruiting managers were very friendly.

Why EY? An SQL join with another table where column value can be NULL, what would be the outcome? Several simple programming questions to solve on paper.

Interview
I received a message from the HR a few days after I sent my application. The phone screening was also scheduled on the same day. HR was very nice and professional, which made the initial interview conversational rather than a tense one. After a few (~5) days, I was not getting any feedback regarding my supposed second interview. I sent a follow up through a text message. Luckily, the HR was very accommodating as she gave me a call the very next day regarding the schedule of the next interview. I received the invitation for the meeting with the hiring manager along with the complete job description file the very next day. The final meeting with the hiring manager was pleasant as well. They are soft-spoken and listened attentively. Most of the questions were situational and directed towards the job description, since I'm only a fresh graduate. By the near end of the interview, I was also given a walkthrough by the manager regarding the platforms that they mainly use in the office. I got the job offer the very next day! My advice: Do extensive research on all the tools and skills mentioned in the job description.

Interview
Interview process structure includes three stages: first one is an hour telephone interview, second an hour on-site interview with two managers, third one with two senior managers. I've got a feedback after each interview within a day, but arranging of the next interview might take more than a week subject to availability of interviewers.

SQL, Python - several quiz question to write a simple code on paper; several quiz question about Python standard structures and SQL execution. Algorithm design questions.
