You are asked to take an assessment on a laptop. Then you have a 30 minute interview afterwards where the interviewer is asking questions from a list. The whole process took 3 months being interviewed 3 times and asked the same questions. What a waste of time. Since working at EY I can tell you its the same managers who take the interviews so not really people trained to interview or anyone from HR. You are also interviewed by 2 people each time.
