I applied and got accepted to an interview on campus. I was asked about 10 questions pertaining to my resume, experience, and what I thought about good leadership. I then wrote an essay and was approved to final round interview in VA. I interviewed with 3 individuals. One was a behavior and situational based interview. The next was a 45 minute case (not too difficult). The final was a conversation and the woman just wanted to see if I was the "right fit"
