I applied through college or university. I interviewed at EY (New York, NY) in Oct 2020
Interview
I applied through my campus. First round was a pre-recorded video interview where I had to record my answers to 5 behavioral questions. Then I was invited to two 30-minute interview face to face with a manager and a senior manager. I heard from them after 1 week and got the offer. Both my interviewers were extremely nice and made me feel very relaxed throughout my interviews.

Question 1
Interview questions were just typical big 4 interview questions. behavioral, no technical. Why our company and not the other 3? Why this location? Tell me about a time...? Make sure you ask your interviewers meaningful questions at the end, but don't throw any hard-to-answer questions at your interviewers.
The interview process was lengthy but it was intellectually stimulating and involved very active participation, which made it enjoyable for me. It also involved a fair amount of collaboration with other candidates, which some may appreciate while others may not.
Through the university, submitted resume, on campus interviews scheduled and went out to dinner and social events, offer came shortly after via phone call, fairly easy and straight forward process
