Interview
I applied on the job portal, next the recruiter contacted me and I had a meeting with the senior manager and partner. They asked about my previous projects and asked me some technical questions. Next, they sent me an assignment with the corresponding dataset. After sending back the assignment before the deadline. The recruiter sent an email that I am accepted for the position and I had a call with her talking about the details of job offer.

Interview
Premier entretien avec le directeur du service pour parler du parcours professionnel, suivi par un entretien avec le manager d’équipe, similaire que le premier et pas de question technique, ensuite un entretien RH par rapport au salaire
I was criticised in my interview for something already evident on my application, this was later also given as the reason for not receiving an offer. In that sense I feel the (in-person) interview was a waste of time.
For the final interview after the practical and fit interview I had an interview with a manager asking about my background, how I would be a good fit for the team and some technical questions.
