I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at EY (Auckland, Auckland) in Mar 2020
Interview
online test with multiple choice questions, no hard
video interview with multiple choice questions and recorded videos (self introduction, why ey, reading articles and explain, only gave you few min to prepare)
assessment centre ( didn't make it)
The interview process was lengthy but it was intellectually stimulating and involved very active participation, which made it enjoyable for me. It also involved a fair amount of collaboration with other candidates, which some may appreciate while others may not.
Through the university, submitted resume, on campus interviews scheduled and went out to dinner and social events, offer came shortly after via phone call, fairly easy and straight forward process
